2017 Events
In October, some of our Officers attended a tea in honor of our Deputy Grand Matron.
On October 14th, 2017, we visited Nicasio Valley Farms for our second fall event.
In August, we went on a tour of the Budweiser brewery. We enjoyed the tour. A lot of information was provided by the staff at the brewery. Fourteen of us attended the lunch at Black Bear restaurant in Solano.
In August, we held our Annual Potluck and Penny Rolling event. We enjoyed a potluck dinner and proceeds from our efforts were given to charity.
On the weekend of May 6th and 7th, 2017, we participated in the annual American Cancer Society Relay for Life event in Marin county. We helped to raise funds to fight cancer. The members of our Chapter have participated in this event many times over the years. We have lost many members over the years. We would like to thank those who participated. We hope that you will join us in our future efforts.
On April 8th, we took part in a tour at the Green Strings Organic Farm. In March, we visited the Ferari-Cerano Winery Gardens to take in the tulips on their grounds. Our turnout was small, but we enjoyed our visit. The winery gardens are a beautiful, peaceful place to visit.
In May, we welcomed two new members into our Chapter, Sister Janet Rowen and Brother Markos Balopolos PM of Fairfax Lodge. We hope they enjoy their membership in our Chapter<./spn>
On February 15th, 2017 we celebrated the Annual Chapter Birthday with a dinner.
